Can I get samples and a product catalog?
Product catalog: We provide a full product catalog covering our six product categories with material options, OEM/ODM capability overview, and key specifications. Contact us to request a digital copy.
Samples: We provide pre-production samples for quality verification and design approval before any bulk order is confirmed.
Do you provide samples? Is the sample fee refundable?
Yes. For first-time partners, a sample fee and shipping fee applies — both are fully refunded when you confirm a bulk order. The sample cost is credited against your first production order.
Standard sampling timeline: 7-10 working days from confirmed brief. Tech-integrated products require 10-14 working days.
What information should I provide to get an accurate sample?
Useful information includes: product type and intended use, target dimensions, material preference (Pantone reference if available), hardware specifications, logo placement, key functional features, and reference images or sketches. You do not need all of this finalized before contacting us.
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
What is the minimum order quantity?
Our standard MOQ is 500 pieces per style/color. MOQ varies depending on product type, material, and customization complexity.
For trial orders and first-time brand launches, we can accept a reduced MOQ of 200-300 pieces per style/color. A corresponding price adjustment applies.
Is there a minimum order for sampling before a bulk order?
No — samples can be ordered without a committed bulk order quantity. The sample fee applies for first-time orders, but there is no obligation to confirm a bulk order before requesting samples.
Lead Times
What are the lead times for sampling and mass production?

Do production lead times change for large orders?
For large-volume orders (20,000 units or above), we recommend discussing the order well in advance. Our monthly production capacity is 300,000 units, which supports most large order volumes within standard lead times.
Customization, OEM & ODM
Can I customize products with my own brand and design?
Yes — full customization is our foundation. We support custom materials, Pantone color matching, custom compartment layouts, hardware selection, and functional add-ons including anti-theft mechanisms, USB charging, RFID blocking, and solar panel integration.

How does Kingsons manage quality control?
ISO 9001:2015 certified QMS with 5 in-line quality checkpoints: incoming material inspection, cutting QC, in-line sewing supervision, hardware fitting check, and pre-packing final inspection. A Final Inspection Report is issued with every shipment.

Payment Terms
What payment terms do you accept?
T/T (Bank Wire): 30% deposit upon order confirmation, 70% balance before shipment. L/C at sight: Available for larger orders. Alibaba Trade Assurance: Available for orders placed through our Alibaba storefront. If your preferred payment structure is not listed, contact us to discuss.

What packaging options are available, and how do you handle shipping?
Standard: Individual poly bag, inner carton (6-12 units), master outer carton with labeling.
Custom options: Branded gift box, custom-printed tissue, branded dust bag, FSC-certified hang tags, Amazon FBA-compliant packaging.
Shipping: Sea freight (large orders), air freight (time-sensitive), express courier (samples/small orders). FOB, CIF, CFR, and DDP terms available. Full documentation provided per shipment.
