• Based on specifications provided by the client; changes may affect pricing
• Non-binding until a formal contract or purchase order is signed

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

Our standard MOQ is 500 pieces per style/color. For trial orders and first-time partners, reduced MOQ of 200-300 pieces may be available upon discussion. Specific MOQ requirements will be confirmed during quotation.

Client Designs and OEM Products

For OEM/ODM projects:

• Designs and specifications provided by clients remain the client’s property
• Kingsons will not disclose client designs to third parties without authorization
• Kingsons’ patented technologies (anti-theft systems, smart charging, ergonomic support, UV sterilization, vacuum compression) may be licensed for OEM integration under separate agreement
• Final product intellectual property rights will be defined in the manufacturing contract

Quality Standards

Kingsons maintains ISO 9001:2015 certified Quality Management System with in-line quality checkpoints at every production stage. A Final Inspection Report is provided with every shipment.

Warranty Policy

We offer a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of shipment receipt. Warranty coverage includes:

• Seam failures and stitching defects
• Hardware malfunctions (zippers, buckles, handles)
• Material defects not caused by improper use
• Structural integrity failures

Warranty does not cover damage from normal wear, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or improper storage.

Quality Issue Resolution

Our after-sales team responds within 24 hours of confirmed quality issues. Resolution is committed within 7 working days, including root cause analysis and corrective action.

Kingsons respects the confidentiality of client information. We will not disclose:

• Client business information, designs, or specifications to third parties
• Quotation details, pricing, or contract terms without authorization
• Production processes specific to client orders

A formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is available upon request for clients requiring additional confidentiality protection.

Kingsons shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from website use or service engagement
• Losses resulting from delays beyond our control (material shortages, logistics disruptions, force majeure events)
• Damages exceeding the value of the specific order in question

For production-related issues, our liability is limited to repair, replacement, or refund as specified in the manufacturing contract.

Kingsons shall not be held responsible for delays or failures in performance resulting from:

• Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, typhoons)
• Government actions, regulatory changes, or trade restrictions
• Supply chain disruptions beyond our control
• Pandemic or public health emergencies
• War, terrorism, or civil unrest
• Infrastructure failures (power, transportation, communication)

In such events, we will communicate promptly with affected clients and work to resume normal operations as soon as possible.

These Terms of Service and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.

For dispute resolution:

• We encourage direct negotiation between parties first
• If negotiation fails, disputes may be submitted to arbitration in Guangzhou, China
• Arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with Chinese arbitration rules

Kingsons reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the website after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
