Our 50,000 sqm facility runs 20 automated production lines and ships to over 100 countries. Every order goes through a three-stage quality control process: incoming materials inspection, inline production checks, and pre-shipment final inspection. All structural components are tested to documented standards before any batch leaves the factory.

The ClickPack Pro holds four major international design awards: Red Dot, iF Design, Good Design, and K-Design. It was funded on Kickstarter before entering full-scale production. When you source from Kingsons, you are sourcing from a manufacturer that has put its anti-theft design capabilities to the test on a global stage.
Anti-theft is a feature set, not a marketing label. Our backpacks are built with hidden zipper routing, cut-resistant base panels, and RFID-blocking compartments. Each element is engineered to work together.
Exterior form, materials, and branding are fully open for customization. The anti-theft core structure is not. We maintain the engineering integrity of every security feature regardless of order specifications. Your product can look exactly like your brand, and still protect what it promises to protect.
We offer an ODM shortcut: take the ClickPack Pro design architecture, apply your brand identity, and go to market with a product that already has award credentials behind it.
Learn MoreAnti-theft backpacks have become a premium corporate gift category. OEM production at Kingsons supports full logo integration, interior branding, custom colorways, and packaging.
Learn MoreAnti-theft is a core product promise, not a bonus feature, and your buyers will test it. We build to durability standards for international travel markets and can support certification requirements for your target regions.
Learn MoreYes. All six security technologies described on this page are covered by active patents held by Kingsons. For OEM clients integrating these technologies into a branded product, exclusivity arrangements are available on a category and/or regional basis. If you require exclusivity for a specific technology in a specific market segment, discuss the requirements with your account manager — Kingsons will confirm availability and structure the exclusivity terms in the production agreement.
The retractable wire is constructed from high-tensile stainless steel cable, coated in a protective polymer sheath. It is rated to resist cutting with standard hand tools — pliers, bolt cutters of the type a casual opportunistic thief would carry — but is not rated to resist cutting with purpose-built cable-cutting tools. The wire is designed as a deterrent against opportunistic theft in public spaces, not as a maximum-security anchor chain. In practice, the combination of the wire’s resistance to cutting and the time and visibility required to attempt cutting it is sufficient deterrent for the scenarios it is designed for.
Kingsons’ dual silver-fibre RFID-blocking lining adds approximately 80–120 grams to a standard laptop backpack construction and negligible additional bulk — the lining is integrated into the pocket structure rather than added as a separate layer. It is not visible from the exterior and does not affect the bag’s carry profile. The 99.99% blocking effectiveness is achieved through the electromagnetic properties of the silver-fibre fabric, not through physical thickness.
The explosion-proof zipper can be specified for any zipper opening in the bag construction — main compartment, secondary pockets, laptop compartment. For most anti-theft constructions, Kingsons specifies the explosion-proof zipper on the main compartment and any compartments containing high-value items (laptop, electronics, documents). Standard zippers are used on secondary pockets where rapid access is prioritised over security. The compartment-level specification is determined by the product brief.
Kingsons’ standard OEM MOQ for anti-theft backpack constructions is 300–500 units per style, consistent with the standard MOQ across the product range. The multi-layer security specification does not require a higher minimum order. For products integrating the retractable steel-wire lock or Level 5 cut-resistant fabric, component minimums may apply — your account manager will confirm at the quotation stage.
Yes. The ClickPack Pro and its component security technologies have been tested against the theft scenarios they are designed to prevent, and the RFID-blocking lining has been independently tested for electromagnetic shielding effectiveness with a 99.99% blocking result. Test documentation is available for qualified OEM clients. Third-party testing through accredited labs can be arranged for client-specific OEM productions where independent certification is required.
The anti-theft backpack category is full of products that claim security and deliver inconvenience. The product that earns the five-star review, the repeat purchase, and the word-of-mouth recommendation is the one that actually makes the owner feel safe — without making the bag harder to use. Kingsons’ six-layer anti-theft system has been engineered to that standard: each security layer is invisible until needed, and the bag remains a pleasure to carry every day.
That product is available for your brand. The technology is patented. The factory has 29 years of experience building it. The only variable is your brief.
