Kingsons provides a detailed quotation covering materials, construction, lead times, and unit pricing at your target volume. Material swatches and hardware samples can be dispatched for physical review.
Kingsons produces a pre-production sample to your approved specification — all materials, construction details, hardware, and branding elements. A photo/video walkthrough is provided before physical dispatch.
Once the sample is approved, a production contract is issued with confirmed quantities, pricing, timeline, and payment terms. This is the commitment point — for both parties.
Full production begins. Multi-stage in-line quality control throughout. Your account manager provides progress updates with photo documentation at agreed intervals.
A final pre-shipment inspection is completed against your approved sample and quality benchmarks. Full inspection reports are provided. Kingsons coordinates logistics, documentation, and customs paperwork.
